All of our products are personalized and made to order.

* Non-personalized items: 1–3 business days

## Shipping Costs

## Order Tracking

## Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

## Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is beyond our direct control.

Velestoria is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing by the recipient.
